1946 AERONCA CHIEF Located in Anchorage. A-65 engine (600 hours SMOH), TTAF 2000. Fabric recovered early 90’s. Logs complete. No electrical system. (Fires up on third throw every time) Overhauled carb installed October 2025 Comes with wing, tail, and engine covers. 406 ELT installed June 2026. All compressions mid to high 70’s. Oil always changed every 25 hours. Annual due May 2027. Fantastic airplane for introduction to tailwheel flying. Scott 3200 included (Overhauled January 2026) Comes with intercom and handheld radio.
