Airframe 1,300 Lycoming 0-435 with 70 SMOH by Don George in 2022 Hartzell propeller 10 since new .Aircraft flies incredibly well exterior is a 9/10 interior is vintage but in good shape 8.5-9/10.Has Garmin 530 and 345 gtx transponder adsb in and out .In current annual inspection runs great .It is a fun high performance retract constant speed propeller aircraft.
