Description
Detailed Description This plane has been hangered full life. Current IFR/static check. bought as a time builder. Interior is ok, not plush but clean, KX155 radios are refurbushed, 2 VOR w/ ILS, Garmin 155 GPS, classification is PA30/I. ADSB complicit transponder. Engines are 160's with a burn of approx 8 gph when properly set, digital fuel burn per hour is installed so you can see exactly what the fuel burn is. I've not had any damage or issues. The aircraft is kept at 6R3. Auto pilot, LNAV, ILS, and altitude hold still work. Midtime on engines, total time airframe is 5140 hrs, left/right engine is 950 hrs. Right prop 45 hours (replaced), left prop 1310 hours, all AD's complied. Just out of annual inspection. Last year compression 75/80, 76/80, 75/80, 73/80. Log books are not digital. Log books are from 2000, previous log books were destroyed in a flood. I replaced the prop because I didn't like a few nicks it had-wasn't a prop strike. All questions on logs and ADs should be directed to the field FBO that has done all the work. Just completed 1000 hour gear AD.
