Description
Detailed Description Very low-time, IFR machine! Lycoming O-320 with high compression STC. I have all logs beginning when new as well as receipts. Also comes with complete maintenance manual. TTAF 3108.9 SMOH 229.2 TSPN 229.2 I've flown this airplane for the last couple of years and looking to upgrade. She's been updated with a Garmin GNS-530W, dual uAvionix AV-30-Cs, Garmin GMA-345 audio panel with bluetooth and Garmin GTX-330ES for ADSB out. The paint is fair but original. The engine was replaced back in the 80s, then rebuilt with the 160 hp STC at 2879 hours (2017). My wife is very disappointed to be losing the sliding canopy!! It's great for flying (you can fly with it partially open!) or taxiing back when it's hot! Room for 4 (subject to W&B) and 37 gallons of fuel, she cruises right along at about 120 mph and up to 12,600'. Range is about 500 miles and I plan for 9 gallons/hour. Empty weight is 1271 and max weight is 2200, so with full fuel, your payload is about 707 lbs. Fixed gear and prop will keep your insurance low. You don't normally find them this nice with the wheel pants and low engine time! No disappointments! The times WILL change as I actively fly this airplane and love every minute of it! Hangared the entire time I've owned it, as well as the previous owner in Missouri. Clean Midwest airplane that will come with a very nice (Bruce) canopy cover and customized cowl plugs! I have pictures of all logs from new!
