Description
Detailed Description Very well maintained and updated Bonanza with NO Damage History. 93 hours SMOH engine and 0 time new Hartzell 3-blade prop. Great single pilot IFR certified aircraft. New paint, glass and interior leather in 2007. Always hangared with no paint or glass fading. 6 seats and 6 place intercom for the whole family. Flies like a GA fighter plane with amazing flight control response. Fast and reliable and always an eye catcher on the tarmac. This plane has given me 20 years of thrills flying on yearly cross country trips as well as across Canada from BC to Fogo Island which is beyond Newfoundland. I hate to let this gem go however I am aging out and this creates opportunity for a younger pilot with friends and family. All logs available since new. Truly a cream puff V-tail Bonanza with zero work required as all squawks were fixed when noted. 20 years of fun ownership giving great cross country trips and a fligth across Canada from BC to beyond Newfoundland (Fogo Island). Updated interior and exterior. 114 useful gallons giving over 6.5 hours of flight time. Able to fly to a field 2.5 hours away and come home without requiring a fill-up. Always hangared and Symonize Waxed at least twice/year. Fast, dependable and fun. Sad to let go but aging out. LED taxi and landing lights. Pulse toggle switch for landing light. New brake system and tires in 2024. 20 gallon D'Shannon tip tanks gives 120 gallons (114 gal useable) fuel and increases gross weight to 3,600 pounds. 1,285 lb useful load. New left main fuel bladder in 2013. NO Damage History of any kind. Have all logs and available upon request
