This aircraft has very low hours at 2136TT and the airframe is beautiful. The plane has undergone a recent comprehensive modernization with a fully redesigned panel, upgraded avionics suite, and interior refurbishment-creating a turnkey IFR platform with performance and capability well beyond a standard 172. No expense was spared in this modernization effort. If you're looking for a reliable, fast (XP II performance), and fully equipped cross-country aircraft with no deferred upgrades, this is it. Modifications
Original 195 HP (STC upgradable to 210 HP) fuel injected Continental IO360 with 582 hours since major overhaul. Runs great. Nice climb and cruise mix with McCauley prop and hub with similar hours since overhaul. Strong, smooth runner with excellent reliability and performance.
