Detailed Description 79' Piper Turbo Arrow IV (PA28RT-201T). 2946 TT, 563 SFRM Engine, 563 SMOH Prop. Very clean, always hangared and covered on the road. I bought this aircraft because it was well cared for, low time and corrosion free. 2 owners for the past 41 years and flown by a professional pilot (proud owner) for the past 8. Factory reman engine and overhauled prop in 2017 with 563 hours each. All AD's have been complied with. Comes with full wing, tail and canopy covers, engines plugs and pitot cover. Very clean, I bought this aircraft because it was well cared for, low time and corrosion free. 2 owners for the past 41 years and flown by a professional pilot for the past 8. Modifications
Continental TSIO-360FB9B Turbocharged 6-Cylinder 200 HP Motor with Merlin Variable Waste Gate (FL180 Critical Alt), Pressurized Magnetos, Oil Pan EZ-Heat Heater, and maintained with a Drybot. Turbocharger overhauled new and continental factory remanufacturered engine installed in 2017, always flow by a single owner (professional pilot). Hartzel 3-Blade prop overhauled in 2017 with the engine.
Avionics
Garmin GTN650, Stratus Appareo ADS-B Out Transponder with ADS-B In antenna and GPS/Power hookup with cradle for Stratus II ADS-B receiver (comes with the aircraft). Aerospace Logic MF200 FF and MAP Digital Display. Electronics International SR-8A 8 place Engine Monitor (6 Cyl., TIT and OAT). Collins Backup NavCom with 2nd GS and King DME. PiperMatic IIIC Dual Axis Autopilot (still works, couples with Garmin GTN Navigator). External TSO Concord Battery Minder hook-up in the baggage compartment (aircraft comes with minder). Hobb's meter is inoperative. 406Mhz ELT with less than 1-year-old battery.
