Description

Detailed Description A change of family mission is causing me to put my 1982 A36TN up for sale. We are downsizing and the airplane really needs to go to a new home where it will be loved, appreciated and most importantly, used! I've owned N63936 (love that palindrome!) for 10 years now. In that time I've completely replaced the panel (all glass), the engine (IO-550), the prop (MT), and made a number of improvements focused on safety and reliability. This is an amazing airplane - as Bonanza owners know, this is a fast and heavy hauler, perfect for families. The Whirlwind III turbonormalizer system is reliable and efficient, and the airplane is happy flying at only 16 GPH and around 180kts at 12,500. Of course you can go higher and faster, but that is a nice efficient cruise setting. The MT propeller is very smooth and provides excellent takeoff performance. The plane has been hangared during my entire time of ownership. The airplane also comes with an ACAir robot tug and other accessories if desired. All logs are digitally stored and updated at PlaneLogix. 4,000lb Gross Weight Increase 6 place oxygen from GAMI BAS inertia reel 4 point shoulder harnesses for pilot and copilot Mountain High O2D2 Pulse-Demand Oxygen system for pilot/copilot LED taxi, landing, position, and tail lights Beechcraft clock in control wheel Custom metal instrument panel with glove box Mid-Continent TA102 Dual USB Ports (2 front, 2 back) Powder-coated control wheel and yoke Control wheel push-to-command (Garmin Telligence) Copilot push-to-talk switch LEMO and standard headphone jacks for pilot and copilot Standard headphone jacks for 4 passengers G&D Window Inserts Rosen Sun Visors CiES Fuel Senders Eagle fuel drains Battery Minder Door Steward Airframe: 3855 Total Time Empty Weight: 2522 lbs Useful Load: 1478 lbs (at 4,000lb Gross Weight)
