Description
Detailed Description Well-equipped 6-seat cross-country aircraft with a modern Garmin IFR panel, strong 1,204 lb useful load, and fresh cosmetics. Features new JetGlo paint, new leather interior and carpet by TN Wings, new windows, refurbished seats and side panels, and 9/10 interior and exterior. Logbook Disclosure Original aircraft, engine, and propeller logbooks from new through July 2013 were stolen. This is documented in the replacement logbooks with a signed statement, supporting letters, and a police report. The replacement records state that the aircraft had been maintained by the same IA since 1994, with annual inspections completed, ADs kept current, oil changes performed at regular intervals, and no known damage history prior to the replacement logbook period. Maintenance records from July 2013 forward are available for review. Aircraft Downtime (2016 through 2024) The aircraft did not fly from 2016 through 2024 due to storm-related damage sustained while it was parked inside a corporate hangar in Olathe, Kansas. A tornado passed near the airport, damaging the hangar and tearing the hangar door off. Debris from the hangar struck the aircraft, resulting in damage that required replacement of affected components. The aircraft was then treated as a shop project and remained stored in the back of the hangar until repairs could be completed. The damage was documented with photos, and those photos are available for review. Since return to service in January of 2024, the aircraft has flown approximately 674 hours with no problems noted. All storm-related damage has been addressed as part of the return-to-service process. - Piper PA-32R-301 Saratoga II HP - Registration: N9203R - Serial Number: 3213044 - Useful Load: 1,204 lbs - Empty Weight: 2,411 lbs - Gross Weight: 3,615 lbs - New JetGlo paint - New Leather interior and carpet by TN Wings - New windows - Refurbished seats and side panels - All AD's complied with
