Detailed Description 2013 Extreme Decathlon 8KCAB. Pristine and quite possibly the most complete and up to date Extreme available. AEIO-390-A1B6, MTV-A5-C-C TT Composite prop, 433 TT since new. Basic Acro and UPRT, no tail wheel instruction. 11/01/2021 Complete Factory Annual inspection/Wings off Aileron AD, all service letters complied with including new cowling. Garmin GDL39 and GTX 335 ADSB IN/OUT. Garmin AERA 796 and SL 40 comm. Bose LEMO plugs front and back. 2 Softie supporting seats, what means the seat cushion can be removed, and with Hooker Harness front and rear seat. Never used Bruce covers from 2022 for fuselage and wings. Includes Acro sight gauge. Complete logs. Had a flooding event in October 2024: about 1 inch into the main belly, aircraft tail was sitting high and not affected, fully repaired, new brakes and tires. Last annual 12.2025. Always hangered.
