Detailed Description FAST - 248 KTAS!!! Pressurized with backup 4 place oxygen!!! Beautiful!!! Twin Turbos 350-HP Continental Piston Engine. Just completed Condition Inspection Annual June 2026 at RDD, Redmond Oregon, which was very THOROUGH!! Comes with two new main landing gear tires 2025, two new magnetos 2025. Prop Overhauled 2025; Upgraded GRT Mini-X Standby to the Garmin G5; Upgraded the Kelly De-ice to the Buenos De-ice, for me, has shown to be more reliable, has windscreen de-ice. Installed Hydraulic System Monitoring and Control kit (HSMAC) to facilitate Emergency Landing gear deployment. Seven-year seatbelt airbag completed 2025; Replaced CO detector 2026. Left and Right speed brakes overhauled 2026. AC works very well!! All windows were replaced and upgraded in 2022. Comes with three G3X touchscreens (2 PFDS and 1 MFD), Garmin GTN 750, Garmin 307 Autopilot. Total Fuel 180 gallons (avg fuel burn 17-18 gph), to go cross country NONSTOP, with the installed bladder suction bladder tube!! Flew last month (June 2026) from Redmond Oregon to Montgomery AL nonstop with an average 5 knot headwind (had expected a tailwind traveling west to east) 7.5 hours averaged 238 KTAS. BRS parachute; SMART GLIDE button!!! Engine copper ground block! Solid Continental engine Model; TSIO550E18BR; with compressions #1-73, #2-76, #3-74, #4-75, #5-72, #6-74, all over 80 psi. 350 hp, cruise 248 TAS, 17-18 gph @ FL250, 180 gallon (90 gal per wing). 3 Bladed Hartzell, Model PHC-H3YF-1RF with prop heat, Prop and Governor overhaul May 2025. HSMAC electronic button under the instrument panel to assist in emergency landing gear deployment.
