Located at KGPM This airplane has served our company well and has been a joy to fly. We have upgraded to a multi engine and now this fun flyer doesn't get out as much, though my wife and I still use it to get the occasional $100 hamburger and I make sure the engine get a good run up Bi-weekly if it doesn't get used. Maintenance is done to the standard where I feel good to let my momma fly in it. Transition training for insurance can be done if needed. Paint 6/10 - Done a while ago but the hanger has helped maintain the paint. Well maintained high time frame. Anti-Corrosion work spray in the applied 2024. Hangered for the previous 3 owners. Former fly club plane, former private owner used for time building, now used as a business aircraft on cross country day trips.
