1977 COMMANDER 114 1/4 share available in my 1977 Commander 114 based at the Oshawa airport (CYOO). A complete Avionics panel upgrade was done last year including a Garmin 750xi , GNC255A, GFC500, and GTS800 traffic, Garmin 275s (MFD and HSI). New pistons, cylinders, pushrods, Gamijectures, etc. were also recently installed, Repainted in 2010 (still looks great!). TTAF - 2200 hours, SMOH - 920, SPOH - 165. Also included is an aircraft tug, and many other extras. With all the upgrades this aircraft has many safety features and is a fantastic IFR and VFR platform. Asking $100,000 CDN for 1/4 share.
