Description
Less than 350 hours from factory new in 1991 make this Antonov AN 2 a unique treasure. The lowest time An-2 in the world was then adapted with 100% Carbon fiber floats designed to FAR 23 standards. The addition of the Honeywell 331-12 engine made the robust proven airframe into an absolute joy to fly. For the outdoor enthusiast the interior was retro fitted with a full contingent of lifestyle equipment for camping and living in the airplane. The Camping gear is positioned as cargo but offers full amenities. This aircraft is registered ad US experimental exhibition.

Exact shape as original Russian float design (between 200-400 built) Re designed to FAR 23 standards out of Carbon fiber including landing gear for hard surface use Incorporated a proprietary thrust system for water steering using Jet Thruster technology Aluminum and stainless standing rigging from extruded aluminum tube and stainless inserts OEM's were involved with the development of the engine / prop combination for the AN-2 conversion. There are currently approximately 20 aircrafts flying with this conversion setup
