Description

Detailed Description Fast (250mph), low cost, IFR, sleek plane. Lycoming IO-320-B1A (160hp), Fuel injected with constant speed, 3-blade MT prop. 1423.6 TT Aircraft and Engine, 93 hours on Prop, Grey 2-tone leather interior, autopilot. Hangared in Bay Bridge Airport in Stevensville, MD Airport Identifier W29. (Just outside the SFRA) I have 2 aircraft for sale at this time. a Cherokee Six 260hp in addition to this one. This plane is usually the coolest, fastest piston plane on the tarmac. You are able to lean this Lancair to 6.5 gallons per hour and still be over 200mph. I'm not IFR rated nor aerobatic but, the plane will do both. +6gs and -3gs. The last Annual/Conditional Inspection was 4.6 hours ago in Jan 2025. Runs perfectly, all systems go. 3rd owner, Detailed binder of build and test flights from builder, 1423.6 hours TT on airframe. Hangared since completed. Excellent visibility, corvette-like cockpit. Both seats have sticks and PTT switches and rudder pedals. Toe brakes on Pilots side only. Delivery options are available.

Modifications

Lycoming fuel injected IO-320-B1A, 160 Hp Fuel injected. The original Hartzell constant speed, 2-blade prop was replaced 93 hrs ago with an MT constant speed, 3-blade prop with same top end and a higher climb speed. Cruise 65% at 200mph ~6.5-7gph.
