Description

2011 Carbon Cub SS **AIRFRAME / ENGINE** • 2011 Carbon Cub SS • 1,040 hours total time • Approximately **350 hours on rebuilt engine** • **10:1 compression** • Engine work performed by **Mike Moore in Alaska** • Ported and polished cylinders • New engine monitor • New exhaust • New cockpit glass • Additional engine work/upgrades documented in the photos **GEAR / SUSPENSION** • Newest **Black Ops ACME Aero Titanium suspension** • **Beringer wheels and brakes** • Extra set of Beringer (red) wheels included • **Two sets of 29" Alaska Bushwheels** for off-airport flying, plus on-airport tire setup • Rear **ACME Stinger** **PROP** • Ground-adjustable **Sterna prop** — extremely light and pulls like crazy • Extra prop included with the sale The airplane is finished in **black over digital camo**, and the paint and body are in excellent condition. Sale also includes a **canopy cover and insulated cowl cover**. It also just came out of a very extensive annual—and by *extensive*, I mean **expensive ;)**. It’s ready to fly and ready for whatever adventure the next owner wants to throw at it. For a bush plane, it also cruises surprisingly well. At **2,300 RPM**, I typically see around **115 mph** with cylinder temps right around **380°F**. This isn't a hangar queen that was built to look like a bush plane. It's been flown, competed, camped out of, and upgraded based on actually using it—and it has been an incredible airplane. I’ve included photos of the airplane along with documentation showing the work and upgrades that have been done. There's other bush planes out there for sale, but you'd be hard-pressed to find one that performs like this one.
