Designed to handle the heat, the primerless firewall sealant has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 400°F (204°C, with withstand flash temperatures of 2000°F (1093°C). Use it to seal firewall structures against the passage of air and vapors without the worry of performing in high-heat scenarios. PPG Aerospace® P/S 700 Firewall Sealant from SkyGeek is a two-part, synthetic rubber compound that goes on smoothly and delivers excellent heat resistance. The uncured material offers low sag and has a paste-like consistency that makes it easy to work into tight spaces.
