Damage caused by a wrecker operator picking the aircraft up with a nylon strap wrapped around the empannage that slipped aft. Removed from a parted out 1963 Piper PA-24-250 Comanche N8300P, S/N 24-3549. Sold as a CORE or PARTS ONLY.
