Description

This is a standalone AVI smart pulse system that is usable with any existing aviation oxygen bottle with the provided Mountain High Regulator. The included MH Regulator is custom-made by Mountain High Oxygen Systems specifically to enable use of the Aithre AVI with an existing oxygen bottle. The regulator enables use of any existing brand of oxygen bottle (such as an aluminum, Kevlar, or carbon fiber bottle sold by Mountain High, Precise Flight, or Aerox/SkyOx) by converting the legacy bottle to one that supports the AVI smart pulse system. Note that the oxygen bottle itself is not included in this system. The Altus AVI is the first smart oxygen system that is integrated with your iOS device and the Aithre suite of health technology products to deliver smart pulsed oxygen. You get a lighter bottle with a pulsed delivery system that factors pressure altitude, respiration rate, and custom user parameters to extend oxygen duration by more than 4X.  This lightweight system offers incredible endurance, which time can be extended more using the Aithre Illyrian oximeter. Other important features are a wireless Altus pressure gauge, respiration rate and flow rate monitoring, and auto oxygen on/off settings based on measurements of oximetry, heart rate, carbon monoxide, and pressure altitude.
