The Turbo O2i generates oxygen using 80W of electrical power and only dips into the oxygen bottle supply when needed – at high altitudes or on user request.  When the concentrated oxygen supply is sufficient for the mission, the bottled oxygen supply remains unused. HOW IT WORKS The Turbo O2i is a hybrid system that combines a concentrator and an oxygen bottle.  The concentrator provides virtually unlimited oxygen at 1 LPM to support one person up to 18k MSL and two people up to 15k MSL, without use of the oxygen bottle.  The oxygen bottle is on standby to further increase the oxygen flow above 15k MSL, or as needed, for an additional 0.5 – 5 LPM.
