The two-part formula comes together to form a thixotropic paste adhesive that is strong enough to bond a variety of materials from metals and engineering thermoplastics to composites. The compound cures quickly at room temperature and exhibits excellent environmental and chemical resistance. CLICK BOND® CB200 Acrylic Adhesive is formulated to be used in place of welding, riveting or other mechanical fastening methods. CLICK BOND® CB200 from SkyGeek is sold in a 3.5-gram kit with everything needed for mixing and activation. The kit includes instructions, a dual-chamber packet containing pre-measured products and a non-reactive stirring tool. CLICK BOND® CB200 cures to handling strength in 30 minutes and to 90 percent of full strength in just two2 hours. The acrylic adhesive is at full strength after curing for 24 hours. Once activated, the adhesive has a work time of 5 minutes. CB200 has a shelf life of up to six months when stored in the original packaging and under room temperature conditions.
