Use Hexion EPON™ 828 General Purpose Clear Epoxy Resin for reinforcing pipes, tanks and composites or for tooling, casting and molding compounds. The resin is strong enough to be used as an adhesive in the construction, electrical and aerospace industries. Formulated with high solids, the low VOC resin is also ideal for marine applications or for surfaces that are exposed to the elements. Hexion EPON™ 828 General Purpose Epoxy 5-Gallon Resin is commonly used to add a chemical-resistant coating to tank linings, flooring and grout. It makes a fantastic base resin for epoxy fusion technology and the clear resin easily blends with any surface. The difunctional bisphenol A/epichlorohydrin-derived liquid epoxy resin is sold in a five-gallon pail and must be hardened with a curing agent.
