Removed with 145.9 TT since installation Piper PA-46 Heated Windshield – Bench Tested Per Piper Service Letter No. 1204 This is a used OEM Piper heated windshield that has been professionally tested using the only Piper-approved serviceability procedure outlined in Piper Service Letter No. 1204 . Unlike the outdated practice of relying on cockpit ammeter readings, this windshield was evaluated by measuring heater element resistance directly at the terminal blocks, as specified by Piper.
