The Film is easy to install by peeling off the backing and wetting the material with a solution of distilled water, alcohol and dish washing liquid, and you can fly within an hour of installation. An 11 page instruction booklet comes with each Film giving detailed installation instructions. Shelf life is 5+ years.Because installing a PM Research Film is like applying a thick coat of paint, FAA or PMA approval is not required, nor is an STC or Form 8130 required.
