Maintenance items to note: 500 hour mag inspection due in 478 hours ELT inspection due 2/28/2027 24 month transponder inspection due 4/30/2028 Tail rotor blades already exchanged for new due to AD FAA annual inspection due 2/28/2027 Kannad ELT battery replacement due 9/30/2027 300 hours chip detector inspection due 257 hours Fire extinguisher inspection due 9/4/2026 FAA AD for the governor controller complied with ** All successful bids must be settled exclusively through AIC Title and Escrow. No aircraft will be released, and no bill of sales will be transferred, until the Escrow Service confirms receipt and verification of secured funds. Cash, personal checks, and direct wire transfers to the broker are not accepted. This auction will close on September 7th 2026, at which time the highest bidder will be contacted. A refundable deposit of $20,000 must be made to AIC Title and Escrow in reference to aircraft N488AC by guidance of TJ Helicopters LLC. The winning bidder must initiate the escrow transaction and deposit the full purchase price plus applicable buyer's premiums within 48 hours of the auction's close. Failure to fund the escrow account within this timeframe constitutes a default. Defaulting bidders forfeit their registration deposit and face account suspension. Upon aircraft pickup, the Buyer has an inspection window of exactly 5 days to verify the aircraft matches the auction description. Once this window expires, or upon the Buyer's explicit digital acceptance, funds will be automatically and irrevocably released to the Seller. No refunds or reversals can be processed after funds are released from escrow.
