THE PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT GEAR UP ON THE GRASS AT PELLSTON REGIONAL AIRPORT, PARALLEL TO AND ON THE NORTH SIDE (RIGHT) OF RUNWAY 23 AT APPROXIMATELY THE 4000 FOOT MARK.
