This is a 36 Year owner. The last Annual Inspection was completed in June 2023. This airplane has been maintained in the best of flight-ready condition for its entire life. Propeller This Fixed Pitch Prop was Overhauled by it manuafacturer, Sensenich April 17, 2023 Equipment Narco Mark 12-E NAV-COM (Refurbished, Including the Replacement of the LED Displays in Dec. 2010) Narco ID 824 VOR Head; Narco AT-150 Transponder Narco AR-850 Mode C Altitude Reporter A New TSO'd Altimeter was Installed with the Mode C Altitude Reporter Additional Upgrades Include Cleveland Brakes, Bracket Air Filter, Front Seat Shoulder Harnesses, Sigtronics Two Place Intercom, Whalen Strobe, and ADS-B Out (uAvionix tailBeacon installed November 2019) Interior The interior is serviceable with seat upholstery (front and back) that was redone in the 1980's and is still in pretty good shape. A new, custom cut, full cabin length, rubber floor mat was installed in 2012. The door and side panels and headliner are original. Exterior This airplane needs a paint job (your chance to choose your own color scheme). Remarks New windshield installed December 2015. Five instruments were overhauled in 2016 - the Artificial Horizon, Directional Gyro, Tachometer, Vertical Speed Indicator, and Air Speed Indicator. The exhaust system was replaced (with two new mufflers) 358 hours ago in October 2011. The prop spinner with its backing plate replaced 2/12/2021 due to cracks. Nose gear strut overhauled in 2020. This airplane has never been operated on any fuel but AVGAS. It has been owned 36 years by the present owner who bought it from the original owner in 1988. It has always been maintained in flight ready condition for regular use in an aerial photography business. (Due to regular use, actual hours may be slightly higher than hours stated in ad.)
