Description

C-GWVT is a rugged 1975 Cessna U206F featuring a recently overhauled Continental IO-520-F engine, extensive firewall-forward renewal and a heavy-duty Bushwheel landing-gear configuration. The engine was overhauled by Aero Recip in October 2023 and had approximately 4.0 hours since overhaul at the last recorded aircraft time. The engine installation included new engine mounts, new firewall-forward flexible hoses, new throttle, mixture and propeller control cables, an overhauled propeller governor, an overhauled starter and substantial exhaust-system renewal. In January 2024, the aircraft was upgraded with a Landis oversized nose-wheel fork, an 8.50 x 6 nose tire and Alaska Bushwheels heavy-duty main tires. Multiple approved seating configurations provide excellent flexibility, with documented useful load ranging from approximately 1,410 lb in the five-seat configuration to 1,452 lb in the single-seat utility configuration. The aircraft is fitted with a three-blade Hartzell HC-C3YF-1RF propeller. The panel provides a straightforward and reliable communications package featuring a Garmin GMA 340 audio panel, dual Garmin SL40 communication radios, Garmin GTX 327 Mode C transponder and Garmin aera 560 portable GPS.
