1978 -10 BEECHCRAFT KING AIR B100 Owner will do as part of sale: Fresh phase 1-4 Fresh Landing gear overhaul (low time, but calendared out) Already done: Autopilot overhaul (works like new) will shoot all approaches including GPS and LPV approaches Air conditioner (blows super cold) Pressurization (goes to max diff with freshly overhauled flow packs) 3,500 hours remaining on -10 engines Only 10 landings on new tires and brakes All glass in excellent condition with all new polarizers throughout cabin Recent high end beautiful interior All logs and records since new No known damage history This King Air also has Beech wing Kit #100-4007-15, eliminating AD 89-25-10 and SIRM 9839006C, inspection of lower spar cap.
