Description
Current owner bought the airplane in 2022 and since then he absolutely wanted to make it perfect for his business and pleasure flying. The airplane underwent an extensive annual in 2023. Replacing everything that needed to be replaced including brand new de-ice boots. New Vacuum pumps. New Nose gear boot. New Pilot seat. Fuel crossover lines, new spark plugs, governor OH, new battery, Rigged landing gear. Airplane just had annual completed in June 2026. All LED lights added (2 beacons, taxi, and 2 landing lights). Expensive 12-year exhaust AD complied with on right engine. ($10,000) Airplane has factory air conditioning. Full FIKI ( Boots on wings, horizontal stabilizer, vertical stabilizer, heated pitot tube, heated stall warning vane, ice-light, heated windshield. Static wicks on tail. Modifications
Engines are RAM IV 325 HP per side. Right engine overhauled in 2013. Left engine overhauled in 2023. RAM IV upgrade lets you climb faster, cruise faster and increases useful load by 335 pounds. 6290 MGW Vortex Generators (VG) Airplane has 163 gallons of usable fuel. I cruise generally between 17,000 to 23,000 feet. I see between 200 to 225 knots depending on altitude and atmospheric conditions. The tip tanks hold 50 gallons each and the aux tanks hold 31.5 each. All is displayed on the 7 inch Garmin EIS. Cruise in comfort in the high teens low 20's. Max pressure differential will yield a comfortable 6000-9000 cabin altitude depending on actual altitude.

GARMIN 345 Transponder There are numerous usb/usbc connectors located throughout the aircraft so everyone can charge their devices in flight. Avionics completed in April of 2026 ($200,000) spent to make the perfect panel.
