Description

Detailed Description Check out a video walk around! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7BlO1CTyU4 " class="external_link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7BlO1CTyU4 * Very fairly priced for condition, avionics and hours - show me something similar that is cheaper and I can match. *** purchased another aircraft and its time to move on*** *** Condition inspection is being performed right now will be signed off after purchase with a fresh annual. Invoice available upon request of everything that is being done during the inspection. Logs available upon request as well. - Owner financing possibility available to qualified buyers. Minimum 50% down and 24-36 month terms. The plane is at Cascade Aircraft in Boise Idaho at the moment complete annual inspection and will be signed off once plane is sold. Lancair IVP in perfect condition with 2023 Paint and interior and windshield replacement in a 10/10 shape. Mid time engine with approximately 900 since full overhaul and approximately 500 hours since full top OH and recently overhauled turbos, waste gate, and prop. This plane has been worked on extensively and has cero squawks at the moment. Yes you can find cheaper Lancairs out there, but you will spend a lot of time and money troubleshooting it. Don't make my mistake. Reason for selling is upgraded to a turbo prop. Needed more space, the family is growing. All the upgrades have been installed on this plane. Rissi Racing front strut and latest linkage, It has overkill Aeroleds lights making night operations a as clear as day, high friction brakes allowing you to land on 2000ft runways (just, 3000 ft preferred), and ice cold AC with belly scoop, making summer operations nice and fresh even on the ground right after startup. Cruise at 250 kts, in pressurized comfort in the high teens low 20's above most of the weather while sipping a mere 16 GPH. Insurance will be expensive for your first 50-100 hours. I was quoted $35k. Most folks self insure this portion of their ownership. After that I have been paying $8500 x year on full hull and liability insurance. For an insurance quote, don't use your regular broker as is very few companies that cary policies for LNC4's. Please contact Joe Ryan at: ‭+1 (612) 237-9023‬ for any insurance information. For any questions about the plane please text me or call me 317-414-1124 or [email protected] For more questions, you can contact Chris Rust - Experienced Lancair Pilot and Broker at - ‭(210) 865-4548‬ Check out a video walk around! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7BlO1CTyU4 " class="external_link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7BlO1CTyU4 Please don't call me or email me to offer your broker services. I am capable of selling this plane on my own. Freshly painted in great shape.
