Description

N605AC has had just one owner since the day it left the factory. Purchased new in 2005, this Turbo Skylane has remained with the same owner for more than 20 years and has accumulated just 1,420 hours total time. It was bought to be kept, cared for accordingly, and has been a special airplane to its owner for its entire life. That history is reflected in the maintenance. N605AC has been treated as an open-checkbook airplane, with its owner taking care of items before they came up rather than allowing maintenance to accumulate for the next owner. The panel is built around the Garmin G1000 integrated flight deck and has been upgraded with a Garmin GTX 345R, adding modern ADS-B In and Out capability while retaining the clean, integrated G1000 panel. There are plenty of T182Ts on the market, but very few come with a story this straightforward: one owner since new, 1,418 hours total time, more than two decades of continuous ownership, and a maintenance history that reflects how much the airplane has meant to the person who bought it. N605AC is being offered for sale for the first time since new.
