The value of the aircraft will go up by $100,000 once the new engine is installed. A zero-time engine and overhauled turbochargers are available in August from Airmark. Seller has $68K down and $50K due. Buyer may take over engine contract for $68K. Embark transition training is included with the purchase of N535J.
