Description
Detailed Description 2022 Epic E1000 GX | 50% Ownership Share | N71TG Offered for sale is a 50% ownership interest in a 2022 Epic E1000 GX, serial K025, with 867.6 hours total time on the airframe, engine and propeller. A working airplane, not a hangar queen. N71TG is owned and operated by Freedom Air, the largest on-demand Epic charter operator, and is maintained to FAR Part 135 standards. Charter revenue starts on day one and partially offsets the co-owner’s own operating costs, with no conformity process and no ramp-up period. How the partnership works. The aircraft remains on Freedom Air’s charter certificate and continues to fly charter when the co-owner is not using it. In return, the co-owner receives preferred scheduling on N71TG and, when availability does not line up, you’ll have access to the rest of Freedom Air’s Epic fleet. The aircraft can be based at the co-owner’s home airport, subject to location approval. A turnkey business-use case. For a buyer who wants an aircraft that works as a business asset, N71TG is already conformed and flying on a Part 135 certificate. That established commercial use may allow a qualifying buyer to take advantage of accelerated depreciation, including 100% bonus depreciation where eligible, without the time and cost of placing an aircraft into charter service themselves. Every buyer’s tax position is different, so eligibility should be confirmed with an aviation tax advisor before purchase. Fly it your way. Freedom Air’s professional pilots are available on every trip, which makes this share a fit for three kinds of owners: • The non-pilot owner who wants a turnkey, professionally crewed aircraft • The owner-pilot who wants a professional safety pilot in the right seat • The owner-pilot who prefers to fly on their own Ownership costs that a sole owner cannot match. • Factory warranty still in force. N71TG remains under the Epic airframe warranty to 1,000 hours or May 2027, so a new co-owner steps in with factory coverage still in place. • Fresh annual, now on a phase program. N71TG completed its annual inspection in September 2026 and has since moved to Freedom Air’s progressive inspection program of 100-hour mini inspections and Phases A through D. This spreads maintenance cost across the year and reduces downtime compared with a single annual inspection. • Fleet insurance. The aircraft is covered under Freedom Air’s fleet policy at a rate well below what an individual owner can obtain in the current market. • Digital logbooks for life. A lifetime CrewChief subscription keeps every logbook entry digital, searchable and ready for review. The opportunity. This is half the capital outlay of a late-model E1000 GX, with charter revenue, professional crew, fleet backup and factory warranty coverage already in place. MAINTENANCE Maintained to FAR Part 135 standards Fresh annual inspection: September 2026 Progressive inspection program (Phases A to D) Lifetime CrewChief subscription (digital logs) RECORDS Complete logs since new.
