Description
A Prospective Co-Owner has already committed to acquiring a 50% interest in a factory-new Czech-registered TBM 980 and is seeking for a Second Co-Owner for the remaining 50% share in an exclusive two-owner ownership structure. The Prospective Co-Owner is prepared to proceed immediately upon identifying a suitable partner, with the objective of securing a production position and taking delivery during Q2/Q3 2027. The aircraft will be acquired through HLS Aircraft Sales s.r.o., Daher TBM's Authorised Sales representative for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and professionally managed by Jet O'Clock, providing a seamless ownership experience from factory order through delivery and ongoing operation. Aircraft Acquisition: The aircraft will be acquired through HLS Aircraft Sales s.r.o., Daher TBM's Authorised Sales Representative for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This arrangement provides both Co-Owners with direct access to factory ordering support, aircraft configuration guidance, delivery coordination and local representation throughout the acquisition process. Configure Your Own Aircraft: The TBM 980 has not been configured or submitted for final specification approval yet. Both Co-Owners will have equal opportunity to participate in selecting the final specification, including exterior paint scheme, interior finishes, colour palette, equipment options, avionics selections, connectivity packages, mission-specific features and registration preferences (subject to availability). Rather than acquiring an aircraft configured by someone else, both Co-Owners will create the aircraft together from the factory-order stage.Professional Management Jet O'Clock will provide centralized operational oversight, maintenance coordination, scheduling management, regulatory administration, insurance coordination and ownership support, combining the flexibility of private ownership with the convenience of professional aircraft management. Dedicated Pilot Arrangement: Each Co-Owner may nominate a dedicated pilot of their choice, subject to insurance and operational approval requirements. The structure is suitable for both owner-pilots and non-pilot owners. Your Prospective Co-Owner: A Prague-based Prospective Co-Owner is seeking a like-minded partner to establish an exclusive two-owner TBM 980 ownership structure. The Prospective Co-Owner intends to use the aircraft exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes, primarily for personal and family travel within Central Europe. The objective is to establish a straightforward two-owner structure that provides both Co-Owners with excellent aircraft availability while significantly reducing acquisition and ownership costs. Ownership Cost Structure: A number of ownership and operating cost allocation models have already been discussed with the Prospective Co-Owner. While the guiding principle is that fixed ownership costs would typically be shared equally and variable operating costs allocated according to utilisation, no final structure has been imposed at this stage. Prospective Second Co-Owners are encouraged to share their own ideas, preferences and experience regarding cost allocation, scheduling and operational arrangements. The final framework will be developed collaboratively between both Co-Owners. Equal Partnership Both Co-Owners will hold equal ownership interests and voting rights within the owning company. Major decisions concerning the aircraft, financing, disposition and operational policy will require mutual agreement. Long-Term Stability Appropriate shareholder agreement provisions, including rights of first refusal and share transfer procedures, will be established to protect both Co-Owners and support a successful long-term partnership. Delivery Timeline: The Prospective Co-Owner is ready to move forward immediately. Upon formation of the ownership entity and execution of the purchase agreement, the objective is to secure a production position with delivery targeted for Q2/Q3 2027.
