Accident & incident history

2019-11-09 Accident · Huntsville, AR Damage: Substantial Minor injury NTSB · GAA20CA064
Reported aircraft: New Glasair Sportsman GS-2 — a different aircraft that carried the N24EP registration before this airframe.
Probable cause: The pilot's failure to maintain proper pitch control during takeoff from a muddy, turf runway and his exceedance of the airplane's critical angle of attack during the initial climb, which resulted in an aerodynamic stall.
