Accident & incident history

2001-04-17 Accident · Glenwood Sprgs, CO Damage: Destroyed Fatal injury NTSB · DEN01FA088
Reported aircraft: Beechcraft 35 — a different aircraft that carried the N2PZ registration before this airframe.
Probable cause: the pilot's failure to maintain aircraft control, and the subsequent inadvertent stall/mush to the ground. Contributing factors were the pilot's lack of experience in make/model airplane, the high density altitude weather condition, and the pilot's attempted departure with a tailwind.
