Probable cause: PILOT DISPLAYED POOR INFLIGHT PLANNING BY SELECTING TO FLY INTO KNOWN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE PILOT DID NOT MAINTAIN AN ADEQUATE VISUAL LOOKOUT WHEN OPERATING IN SNOW SHOWER CONDITIONS AND COLLIDED INTO THE TERRAIN.
