Accident & incident history

2019-05-02 Accident · Mineral Wells, TX Damage: Substantial NTSB · CEN19LA133

2005-03-11 Incident · Jacksonville, FL Damage: Minor NTSB · MIA05IA087
Reported aircraft: Cirrus SR20
Probable cause: Inadequate welding procedure by the manufacturer resulting in a poor weld of the nose landing gear and collapse of the nose landing gear during a porpoised landing.
