Getting a pilot medical in Puerto Rico

Fill out FAA Form 8500-8 online in MedXPress first and bring the confirmation number to your appointment. First class medicals must be issued by a Senior AME; any AME can issue second and third class. Pilots in substance-use treatment or recovery should see a HIMS AME.
