Probable cause: THE DUAL STUDENT DID NOT MAINTAIN PROPER GLIDEPATH AND HIS MISJUDGMENT FOR COMPENSATION FOR WIND CONDITIONS RESULTED IN A COLLISION WITH UTILITY WIRES. THE CFI'S INADEQUATE SUPERVISION DURING THE DUEL FLIGHT OPERATION CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT.
