Accident & incident history

2004-02-21 Accident · Locust Grove, GA Damage: Substantial NTSB · ATL04LA076
Reported aircraft: Bell 206 — a different aircraft that carried the N35Q registration before this airframe.
Probable cause: The pilot's failure to maintain directional control of the helicopter while lifting off a dolly to a hover. This resulted in the tail rotor blades and main rotor blades colliding with the ground and subsequent roll over.
